Our company offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the receipt date to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition—unused and unworn, with tags and packaging intact. Return Method:
You can return items via mail. We offer prepaid return labels for defective products. If returning due to personal preference, you’ll cover the shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.
For defective products, contact us first for repair or replacement options. If unresolved, a replacement will be sent. For customer remorse returns, you can get a product price refund within 30 days of receipt, but shipping costs aren’t refunded.
For exchanges, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days of approval, contact us at service@purefiltertech.com.
Our Order Cancellation Policy states that if an order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
